This is my go-to car wash in the area. I had a weird experience at the ride thru wash where the car in front of me decided to drive off the tracks, leading to a bumper cars situation within the wash. The Quick Quack team came out and quickly handled the situation, very professionally, and set me at ease. Hudson is great and is always a pleasure. 10/10 recommend this location.

I really wish I had read all the reviews before coming here. I was rear-ended three times while going through the wash — not just by the car directly behind me, but from a chain reaction involving the vehicle behind them as well. Before entering, I had already felt uncomfortable with how aggressively I was being pushed to purchase a membership. The employee repeatedly tried to sell me on it, even asking where I lived so he could point out nearby locations. In hindsight, that interaction should have been a warning sign. While entering the wash and following the attendant’s directions, there was an issue loading my vehicle onto the track. My car jolted and shifted enough that the attendant approached my window. I rolled it down, and he asked whether I was in neutral. I showed him my dashboard confirming that I was. He responded with, “Weird… okay, let me try again.” I was then loaded into the wash — or so I thought. About halfway through, I felt my vehicle move again. When I checked my rear camera, I watched the car behind me hit my vehicle three separate times. What was most concerning was the lack of immediate response. The car wash I selected cost more than i usually paid, but it did a job worth the money. Sure the vacuums suck, but that's the point! It was probably the strongest suction I've experienced at this style of car wash. At one point there were three of us vacuuming and i had no idea because the vacuum continued sucking without any suckification reduction (i know it isnt a real word...haha but seriously). Each station has two different nozzles(vacuum) and a third(air hose) to blown out cracks. Any of the issues I read on the other reviews have lots of signage to explain the companies policy. The staff was also very kind and did offer membership, however, not pushy at all, just helpful.

Went to this car wash based on reviews even though there is one closer to my house. Got there and there was no line at 1:30 on a Sunday. Promptly greeted and asked if I wanted to buy a membership. I declined and got the best wash. Car went in smooth and came out clean. The car behind me was pretty close when I was getting my car back u into drive, so maybe space cars out a bit more in case. Used the free vacuums and hand towels after. My car was clean. Great experience and will be going back!
